A New Question

We all made it back from Guatemala safely, thanks to the mercy of God. It was nice to be able to attend bible study at Centreville, VA, on Wednesday evening. An interesting question came up in bible study concerning the gospel going to the Gentiles. The question concerned Acts 10, and Cornelius. Was Cornelius the first Gentile convert or was the conversion of the Samaritans in Acts 8 the first conversions among Gentiles? I think I know the answer the scriptures give, but I had never heard the subject of the Samariatans mentioned in this light before. I will await your thoughts.
